I’ve spent years as an employee benefits advisor, helping organizations navigate complex decisions that affect real people’s lives. That experience taught me one thing above all:  new tools are only valuable when they’re implemented responsibly, with people’s wellbeing front and center.

Today I bring that same care to AI. I help nonprofits and people centric teams, from grassroot groups to larger organizations, adopt AI safely and responsibly, so they can save time and serve their communities better without taking on unnecessary risk.

Outside of work, I teach classical guitar and piano to neurologically challenged kids and musical geniuses. Another reminder that mastering any skill, including AI, takes patience, practice, and the right guidance.
